The grapes are hand-selected meticulously and carefully. The grapes are treated before fermentation and macerated for 30 days at a fermentation temperature of 24 degrees. And aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels. Salcis is imbued with the outstanding essence of the region, with vines over 50 years old, manual cultivation and hand-picking techniques, mainly produced by gravity flow. Using only gravity to move the grapes, in such a way that all the organoleptic qualities remain intact until the end of the process and the final product.
