The grapes are hand-selected meticulously and carefully. The grapes are macerated for 20 days at a fermentation temperature of 24 degrees. And aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Salcis Crianza reflects the outstanding essence of the region, with vines over 50 years old, manual cultivation and hand-picking techniques, mainly produced by gravity flow. Using only gravity to move the grapes, in such a way that all the organoleptic qualities remain intact until the end of the process and the final product.
