Located in Aranda de Duero, in the famous Riberra del Duero region, this place is blessed with a perfect combination of soil, altitude and climate, creating ideal conditions for high-quality crops. The vineyards stretch between Aranda de Duero and Vandocondes, in the province of Burgos.

The grapes are hand-selected with meticulous care. The maceration lasts 20 days at a strictly controlled temperature, after which the wine is aged in oak barrels for 4 months. Salcis Roble Spanish Red Wine stands out for the typical quintessence of this land, thanks to the vines that are over 50 years old, together with the manual planting and harvesting techniques, mainly using gravity flow. Using only gravity to move the grapes, ensuring that all the organoleptic qualities remain intact until the finished product.
