To mark the launch of their Japanese handcrafted gin, SAKURA, the distillery teamed up with Singapore-born finger-painting artist Adeline Yeo Matuzaki to create a piece of art called “Sakura”. The vibrant, expressive piece, painted with her fingers, embodies Adeline’s artistic style and story, and the flavours of the gin.

The sake is fermented from sakamai rice grown in Nagano and natural spring water from the Japanese Alps and combined with cherry leaves selected from over 20 mature sakura trees from the 155-year-old garden of Senjo Brewery.
