Handpicked Versions Shiraz is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Barossa Valley, Australia. The fruit is harvested at optimum ripeness to ensure rich and full-bodied flavours. The wine is aged in new oak barrels, which helps develop soft tannins and bring complexity to the wine. Ideal summer weather has encouraged vigorous growth of the grapes, contributing to a bumper crop with excellent fruit quality.
