Very deep garnet red colour. Nose: Powerful and persistent with aromas of cherry and black currant, herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, liquorice and a touch of minerality. Excellent structure, good balance between alcohol and freshness, velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish, ready to drink or to age. Perfect with charcuterie, meatballs in tomato sauce, grilled meats, oven-baked fish.
