Inspired by the Douglas Laing family’s long-standing Fox Terriers, Scallywag Malt Scotch Whisky is a blend of aged Speyside Single Malts matured predominantly in Spanish Sherry casks. The result is an explosion of rich, dark fruit, chocolate and spice interwoven with late vanilla. Scallywag Blended Malt is a whisky that is carefully selected, bottled and produced in small batches to ensure the quality of the product.
Scallywag is a Small Batch bottling created using only the finest Speyside Malts including – amongst others – Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinctly rich, dark colour – made entirely from the fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during the maturation process.
