Cockburn’s Fine Ruby is a blend of young, vibrant wines from different vintages that are aged for an average of two to three years in oak casks before being blended and bottled ready to drink. Full-bodied, with ripe red fruit flavours and well balanced with good structure. Cockburn’s Fine Ruby is the perfect accompaniment to rich cheese and chocolate desserts but is also great enjoyed plain or as a cocktail.
