Vũ Mai Ngọc Ly, is currently the Bar Supervisor at Xào Xạc Bar – a venue known for its unique mixology style, blending botanical elements and natural ingredients with refined technique.
A familiar name in Saigon’s cocktail community, Ly is celebrated for her meticulous craftsmanship and emotionally driven creations. To her, mixology is more than a skill — it is a storytelling journey through taste, where emotions are measured in drops of spirits, curls of citrus peel, and the whisper of herbs.

Inspired by the vibrant childhood memories of fruit stalls at the local market, Ly introduces three exclusive cocktails crafted with a base of Whitley Neill Gin, created especially for the evening of 14.06
🍇 Nho Mót Đá – A refreshing harmony of sweet and tangy notes, bursting with fresh energy.
🍋 Chanh Chíu Chíu – Cool and slightly spicy, this drink evokes memories of summer days and the herbal lemongrass drinks made by mom.
🌺 Hồng Híp Mắt – Ripe, full-bodied flavours with a lingering herbal finish — as deep and nostalgic as the last bite of fruit in late season.
